Detailer Flow (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a CRM and mobile app experience to help detailing businesses manage scheduling, customer communication, payments, and related workflows (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Service.

Email address and phone number
Account login details (or similar credentials)
Business location and service area (if you provide it)
Appointment, estimate, invoice, and service details you enter

B. Customer data you upload (Customer Data)
If you use Detailer Flow to store information about your customers (for example, names, phone numbers, vehicle/job details, appointments, invoices), you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use that information. We process Customer Data to provide the Service to you.
C. Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may collect:
Device and app information (device type, operating system, app version)
Log data (IP address, timestamps, pages/screens viewed, actions taken)
Approximate location derived from IP address (general region), if applicable
Diagnostic data (crash logs, performance data)
D. Payment information
If you pay for the Service, payments are typically processed by a third-party payment processor. We may receive limited details such as payment status, plan level, and transaction identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support
Enable features you request (booking workflows, invoices, review requests, automations)
Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
Send marketing messages only if you opt in (you can opt out anytime)
4) Communications (SMS, Email, Push)
A. Email
If you provide your email, we may send transactional emails (account updates, receipts, system notices). If you opt in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in the email.
B. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in and provide your phone number, you consent to receive texts from Detailer Flow, including transactional and (if you opt in) marketing messages.

SMS consent is not required to purchase the Service (where applicable).
5) How We Disclose Information
We disclose information only as needed to run the Service, including:
Service providers (processors) that help us operate the Service (for example: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email/SMS delivery, payment processing)
Messaging providers/aggregators strictly to deliver and support SMS/MMS messaging
Legal and safety reasons if required to comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect rights/safety
Business transfers if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (information may be transferred as part of that transaction)
Mobile messaging opt-in data: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be disclosed to any third parties for their marketing purposes. It is used only to support your relationship with Detailer Flow and to provide messaging services (including delivery through messaging providers/aggregators).
6) Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement). You can request deletion as described below. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period before being deleted according to our normal backup cycles.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information.
You can:
Update certain account information within the app (where available)
Opt out of marketing email at any time via unsubscribe
Opt out of SMS by replying STOP (and rejoin by replying START)
Request access/correction/deletion by contacting us
9) Children’s Privacy
Detailer Flow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email.
